Using a travel agent saves you time, stress, and guesswork. We handle the planning, research, bookings, and troubleshooting, so you can focus on making memories.
2. Do you charge a fee for your services?
Yes, we charge a one-time $99-$299 planning fee. This upfront fee covers the time, research, and care we put into designing itineraries, making calls and reservations, and giving you access to an easy-to-use travel app that stores all your trip details and important documents in one place. Outside of this fee, we are paid a commission by the travel vendors and resorts we book—but only after you travel. This fee ensures our time is valued upfront, even if plans change.
3. What kinds of trips do you specialize in?
We are most passionate about planning Disney, Universal, all-inclusive getaways, and cruises, but we can help with just about any type of travel!
4. What if I’ve already booked part of my trip? Can you still help?
Yes! We are happy to assist with booking dining reservations, theme park tickets, excursions, and more to help make your trip seamless. These services do take additional time and coordination, so upfront fees will apply. We will always be transparent about any costs up front, and you’ll never be surprised by a charge.
5. What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?
We are just a message away. We will do our best to help resolve any issues that come up for travel booked by us. Whether it's rebooking a canceled flight or navigating a resort hiccup, we have your back.
6. Do you plan trips outside of Disney , Universal, cruises, and all-inclusives?
Yes! While those are our specialties, we are happy to help with other destinations including national parks, road trips, Europe, and more.
7. How do I receive my itinerary and travel documents?
You’ll get access to a personalized app where everything is stored in one place, confirmation numbers, schedules, tickets, and tips. No more digging through emails!
8. Can you help with group travel or celebrations?
Yes! Whether it's a girls’ getaway, multigenerational trip, or a special anniversary, we can handle the details so your group can enjoy a smooth, fun experience.
9. When should I start planning my vacation?
The earlier, the better! For Disney and cruises, we recommend starting at least 6–12 months in advance to secure the best rates and availability.
